Single wide mobile homes are 12 to 18 feet wide. They are mounted on a single permanent chassis (frame with wheels). They must be at least 400sqft.

Multi-wide units are transported in two different sections. Once the transport delivers both sections, they can be assembled and sealed for use.

What are Park Model Homes?

Park model homes are a type of recreational vehicle (RV) that are designed to be used as a long-term dwelling. These homes are typically built on a single chassis and are no more than 400 square feet in size.

They are often used as vacation homes or for temporary housing, and can be placed on a residential property or in a designated RV park. Park model homes are required to meet the same safety standards as regular RVs, but may not have the same mobility as other types of RVs. Some people choose park model homes as an affordable and convenient alternative to traditionally built homes.
