Meet Our Founder and CEO

Kyle Williams, President RGN Services, Inc. and RGN Manufacturing Services, PLLC
Kyle began his career in the Manufactured Housing Industry over 33 years ago. Entering the industry in 1991 with Green Tree Financial Servicing Corp. Kyle was chosen for Green Tree’s long-term management program. Over his eleven-year career with Green Tree, he managed all areas of manufactured housing finance consisting of chattel and floor plan financing and also achieved the top position of Regional Manager overseeing all of North Texas and the state of Oklahoma.

Kyle joined Affordable Residential Communities in 2002 to implement a nationwide inventory database for the largest REIT in the US. Once implemented, he was promoted to senior vice president overseeing 85 communities and 400 employess in eight states. ARC grew to over 365 owned communities nationwide, establishing itself as the premier provider of affordable housing, an accomplishment that may never be surpassed. Kyle was on the IPO team that took the company public in 2003.

In 2005 he formed RGN Services Inc. to provide quality new and preowned manufactured housing units to communities in several states. RGN had immediate success and has been the top seller of preowned manufactured homes 14 of the past 18 years in Texas alone. In 2019 Kyle and his family opened RGN Manufacturing Services to provide higher quality units to community owners in the United States. The first manufacturing plant model of its kind that focuses specifically on Manufactured Housing Communities.

Kyle and Kristi have been married 35 years and reside in the DFW area. They have three children for whom “RGN” was named after. They enjoy quality time with their children and granddaughter.
